Pls don’t listen to the reviews saying anything negative about this hotel. Breakfast and service is a 10 the workers were great patient with kids. Rooms were clean big and were comfortable. The service amazing I can’t say anything bad about are stay the kids had a blast will be booking again !

This place is probably best for families. It's classic embassy suites, really close to the freeway and shops. The pool is really warm (no Jacuzzi) and seemed clean. The only issue that would make me reconsider staying here again is the room was a little stuffy. It kind of felt like when you shower with no fan, it's just a little muggy. Fortunately the ac worked in the bedroom portion while sleeping, but I'm not sure the living room are gets fresh air. The rooms were clean (it did however look a little dirty under the bathroom sink). I would probably look for something else if it were just me and the wife, but it's a great price and place to stay with kids.

The breakfast staff are AMAZING! Very friendly, kind and attentive. Please give them a raise. The room is a little outdated. May need a little updating here and there especially the room temperature. Way too hot when its 40 outside! The location is ideal. It was a very busy weekend, with all the parties an d get-togethers happening but all staff remained calm and accommodating.

No traditional food credit for Diamond members, which was a bit disappointing. The staff was consistently friendly, though. The temperature is centrally controlled, so in the winter you can’t turn on the AC—you’ll need to crack a window or use the balcony if the room gets warm. Water pressure could have been better. Breakfast, however, was fantastic. There was one day when my room wasn’t cleaned for reasons unclear, but otherwise things were handled well. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay while traveling for work, and the area has plenty of dining options nearby.

I love this place. It had 2 welcome drinks each. Im not sure if there was 2 each since there was just 2 of us or 4 each room per day. They had snacks 5-6:30pm plus breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms. Just one particular staff at check in was not as friendly. she did text later on checking if everything was okay. It must have been our appearance as we werent dressed as corporate like others that were checking in.

One of My Favorite Work Trip Hotels! I travel a lot for work and stay in plenty of hotels, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. The biggest reason? The staff. Even the nicest hotel doesn’t mean much if the people aren’t friendly, and although Irene is my favorite frint desk person, everyone here is amazing. They’re always so welcoming and even remember me when I come back, which really makes it feel like a home away from home. It’s nice seeing familiar, friendly faces when you’re on the road so much. I also love that they have a happy hour with two free drinks from 5 to 6:30. After a long day of work, that’s such a great way to relax and unwind. The rooms are always super clean and comfortable, and I can tell they really take pride in keeping things nice for guests. There’s also plenty of space throughout the hotel to gather, get some work done, or just hang out and visit, which I really appreciate when I need a change of scenery from my room. The breakfast is another big plus, there are tons of options, whether you’re in the mood for something quick or want a full meal. Overall, it’s just a great place to stay. Between the friendly staff, the comfy rooms, and all the thoughtful extras, it’s easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for work.

1) Suites are excellent & meticulsly clean and comfortable. 2) Warmest & cleanest Swimming pool: no wonder full with children & youngsters. 3) Beautiful furnished with business 2 desks, 2 chairs & 2 bankers lamps and 2 telephones as your instant mini office. 4) 4 Staff Members ) fron ĥĥ constantly keep scanning for your safety, comfort cleamliness & socializing needs. 5) Hilton Honors is a gem that shines from all sides.

Great staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Great location immediately off 680. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Nice breakfast with cook to order eggs if you have diamond rating (I think?). The inside pool was very soothing and well heated. The only drawback was room water temp. Pool was warmer than shower. That said I would definitely return.
